Community medical question

I have disturb digestive system for the past 2 year .on and off I have constipation with blood and sometimes motion I consult some doctor but my condition sometimes aggrevates and sometimes not in past few months I have problem of bloating and nausea gerds and dypsea all these problems aggrevates when I have constipation but now this problem is somehow settle but now I have bloody mucus in my stool after eating food I started abdominal pain and rush towards toilet after having stool my pain settle...but after eating food almost about 5 minutes my pain starts .....and the food I eat is also not properly digested in the stool .....I have tested for stool for h pylori but this test is negative I have liver functioning test blood cp and all these but these all are normal please advise me as soon as possible
