Community medical question

I have facing different health issues, like weight gain, irregular periods, constipation, fatigue, heavy voice since 4/5 months, had different tests included thyroid , on last Monday my t3, t4 were low in range and tsh range was quite high like 9.5 and right after 2 days they t3, t4 were low normal and and tsh was on borderline personality, my basic concern is whom should I consult an endocrinologist or a gynaecologist?
