Community medical question

I have get acne 11 month ago my full face cover with acne marks black ugly mark on my full face all medicated and herbal things and myths about acne applied but no result actually it is from my teenage but not in that quantity 2 or 3 pimple always on my face I dont have any periods issues or stomach all doing good but I cant understand why this come to me ...so tired from all things literally crying right now ... want serious help...
