Community medical question

I have gone through FESS and Syptoplasty on January 2, 2026 from CMH but my nose is still not being healed. In my right nostril there is an infection and a puss ball. Bleeds every time when i do ablution.

Doctor changes my medicine every week, already have taken several doses of antibiotics prescribed by the doctor like azomax and augmentin
