Patient question

I have painful swallowing for last 4 months. Pain travels from left side of throat to left ear. All pathology tests are clear except I have slight high lymphocytes. CT Scan shows mild inflammation of left parotid gland. Antibiotics are not improving the condition. Doctor says it will improve on itself but it is not improving for last 4 months. I feel pain while swallowing saliba, meal and especially when drinking water. Sometimes even on talking.
CT Scan Report:- Slightly non homogeneous ost contrast enhancement of posterio superior aspect of left parotid gland. Correlation with clinical data is suggested for the possibility of mild inflammatory changes.
What could be my medical issue? What disease I have? What is recommended for me?
