Community medical question

I have solid masses in the forebrain and some lumps in the neck and breast. It has been 1.5 years. I feel extreme fatigue and a temperature of 100f. my platelets and WBC always fluctuate since then. but now I have hypersomnia I feel dizzy and sleepy all day and night after every maximum of 20 to 30 mins I sleep without consciousness. the size of the lumps is slightly increasing and in the ultrasound, the doctor said in the breast these are benign tumors nothing serious but I feel so much down and lose energy every time I lost my appetite.
I had been through an MRI of the brain cortex last year but the report was normal. for the neck doctor suggested FNAC. but I didnt go for it..
