Community medical question

I have two stents 10 yrs.back..after 2 heart attacks in one day. Now I saw very light, pinkish,red spotting for last six months , once or twice on pads.without pain 3 months back it was noticeable more like 1ml or 2 ml.in a month. Seems to be a sign of cancer, vaginally or in uterus All 3 kids were born after cesarean section from 1980 to 1985. Menopause occurs at the age of 42 or 45yrs, not sure exact date..

We dont have any insurance or retirement money or pension, in KSA..so plz.guide me what to do..Also I have cataract, my husband has glaucoma.waiting for response.your advice. Thanks
