Community medical question

I want to discuss that 2–3 weeks ago I swallowed shampo by mistake a little bit near to 1 table spoon or little more...I didnt done my treatment after it...there was little but of burning in my middle of the chest I took risek sachets for that...at that I felt better but again after 2–3 mo ths again I feel burning sometimes a little bit...I want to know that Is there any issue ? Or this is harmful for me ?and when I taken shampo I have dark brown urination..and other then this I feel pain in my sides lower then the ribs and after that 2_3 weeks this pain occurs and Again I have dark brown urination...other then this problem I am facing needle like pain which sometimes occur in my body for few seconds from a longer time may be a year..its occur in any part of my body alternatively..sometime in foots sometime abdomen or anywhere..is it harmfull ?and other then this sometime I face shortness of breath for some few seconds and along with I face my heartbeat gets so down and get tears in my eyes...I faced this last year for the first time and after 5–6 months I gain face this sometime my heartbeat get so down or somtime shortness of breath or sometime both at a time...
