Community medical question

Im 23 years old and Im suffering from chest tightness and heaviness mostly at night time from last four months. Also i have gas trapped problem in my stomach after eating.. Shoulder blades pain. Rapid heart rate, 100 beats above all time.. Strange fear. of having a heart attack ... My ecg, ett, echo report is normal. My echo report is 60 percent.. Thyroid profile test in normal. Liperd profile is normal..
