Im facing blood pressure and Uric acid uncertainty for the last 2 years.
For BP Im using CoValtic 40mg on daily basis.
For Uric acid I was using Zurig Tablet which I used almost Full an year in 2020, I was feeling better so I stopped using this tablet but for the last one month my Ankle, Knee and Calf are swelling and Im feeling pain in my joints specially in right shoulders joint and Im feeling sick.
Mostly I use Vegetables and Cucumbers but sometime I can use meat and cold drinks which cause swelling in my legs.
Kindly suggest me the exact medication and tests if needed.
What precautions I should follow in food?
