Community medical question

Im suffering from UTI but my urine culture test is negative. I was habitual of masturbation. Now after periods and masturbating I feel irritating pain in urethra and sometimes it travels to kidney and ureters. No difficulty during urination but an itching and pain in urethra. Maybe it got irritated during that period. Currently Im not taking any medicine
