Community medical question

It has been a year since my thyroidectomy surgery, and my vitamin D is still very low, causing a lot of twitching and cramps on my hand. My vitamin d level is 24 and it should be between 30-50 maybe thats why it causing excessive twitching even im taking vitamin d capsules of 10k IU daily.
