Community medical question

Ive had an EEG test, in2015. In my EEG test myoclonic seizure is shown. doctor give me epivale table 250gm, so should i go for futher tests, like MRI,CT scan. to find out how much problems i have.i take this medicine since 2015 but no difference. when i take continue this medicine. i feel completely okay and perfectly good. but when i scape or miss one day medicine. my myoclonic seizure starting again for 2_3 nano second. in one day. this will starting 3_4 time in one day, when i scape medicine.but now i am totally fadup.i dont want any medicine. i need permanent solution. because my weight is decrease day by day. my BMI is 13.5.kindlly suggest what should i do. thank you.
