Community medical question

Large well defined heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion with internal necrotic component in pelvis abutting the uterus with poor fat planes along anterior uterine wall. Differential include subserosal fibroid. Adnexal sinister mass lesion seems less likely, however, possibility cannot be entirely excluded.
Correlation with histopathology is suggested.
