Community medical question

Last time my mensis came on 29th july. I got my checkup at private hospital....per vaginal ultrasound shows thickening of wall of uterus and Strip pregnancy test was positive about 2 weeks ago. Test line was dark just like control line....but now from 4 days, Im doing P test (strip test) and line is continuously fading.....so light even hard to see
