My 2 months old daughter suffering from pneumonia since 15 days. Admitted in hospital from last 15 days. WBC peak to 13.2 but in laat day report WBC was 9.8. She was curing slowly but today sudden severe cough started. Last day fever was 101 but today there was no fever whole day. CRP is 38 in last day report.
Kindly guide me doctor is dealing with following medicine
Inj Tanzo 3cc with 50cc NS 3 times a day
Inj Barizold 22cc 3 times a day
These two are being injected from 12 days
