Community medical question

My expected period date was 15 May, but it did not come. On 1 June, I had a little brown spotting, which stopped. Then my period started on 6 June, but it was not heavy — the flow was lighter than usual. By the 8th day, it still had not fully stopped and turned into brown spotting until the 12th day. Now I am still having light bleeding, and today is the 15th day. What should I do?
