Community medical question

My left side very very hard pain. Which Started from 12 year Ago. Some time pain moving towards left Arm to Finger. I have Conducted All Test Ecg. Eco akd ETT . But all test are ok. But my pain not released. Kindly Suggest me what can i do. I am very Disappointed dur to Pian reason not found yet. I have checked my Doctor when this pain increase otherwise i ignore it. But some time i will not bear this pain. Now is same situation. Kindly suggest me in this regard.
