Community medical question

my LPM is 21st November 2022.i use contraceptive pills.have not missed a single dose. even the brown tablets also finished but periods not started yet.did home test which showed positive twice.have 4 kids and dont want further pregnancy.kindly help me how to terminate this pregnancy with medicines??still not sure the result was right or not.
