Community medical question

My name is ayesha zurnab age 26 i have stomach issue started from the last 10 days first it just stomach ache causing diarrhoea and after 4 days the diarrhoea got normal but the stomach issue remains the same and it caused high blood pressure and high heart beat rate i went to the emergency in DHQ sahiwal and the doctor on duty check ech and say its normal and give me stomach medicine like omeprizole i take it 3 days but the condition remains same and last time i checked blood pressure its 148/87 giving headache
