Community medical question

My name is sana and i live in Doha Qatar. Im 11 weeks pregnant and Im vomiting because of vomiting my stomach is upset and it makes me more nauseous. Here doctors dont give medications they say it happens just drink lots of water... Everything makes me nauseous kindly help me with this
