Patient has been diagnosed with Hepatitis C and the report confirming this is attached. He consulted with a doctor who has started me on a course of medication which includes LivLiv capsules, Hinubon tablets, and Hilvel tablets (Sofosbuvir + Velpatasvir). The doctor has instructed me to report back after two months for a follow-up appointment. Can you please advise if these medications are suitable for this condition and provide any additional guidance you may have?
Additionally, I would appreciate if you could review patient attached report and explain the results. Patient concerned if my liver is damaged and if so, what percentage of damage has occurred. Lastly, I would like to know if this course of medication will completely eradicate the Hepatitis C virus and if there is any possibility of further damage to my liver. Thank you for your assistance.
