Community medical question

SI joint pain. Fell down from stairs 3 years before. After that diagnosed with disc problem and SI joint paint auto immune arthritus. Taking medicine from 3 years. I feel swear stifness and irritation in body. Initially my hands and all other small joints were causing pain but now I feel stiffness, irritation in body and joint pain. Swear headache and i cant eat well. I feel there is something(wounds, stiff, full) in my belly because of medicnes.
