Community medical question

Sir I am feeling issue of over sleeping ,everytime tiredness ,not able to memorize any thing ,memory loss ,not able to focus on anything ,pain in shoulder , pain in temple head . Not able to sit even .What should I do ? Sir help me otherwise I will not continue my study
