Patient question

The patient is a 21-year-old female. Her medical history is as follows:

Approximately three years ago, a small piece of ice fell from a height of 15–20 feet onto her shoulder. She visited doctors several times afterward, but the pain has not resolved.

She is able to sleep on the affected shoulder by turning over. She does not have pain anywhere else in the body, nor does she have numbness or tingling.

Some time ago, she underwent physiotherapy for about two weeks, but the pain persisted. She also received two injections in the affected shoulder. The pain is mild but continuous.

The injury occurred on the back side of the right shoulder when the small piece of ice hit it.

Therefore, I would like to ask:

1. Did the X-ray reveal any abnormality or disease?

2. What should be the next course of action?

Thank you so much
