This is IMPRESSION of my CT whole abdomen & pelvis: what to do now?
A tiny low attenuation area measuring 0.31 x 0.36cm seen in the segment VIII of liver likely representing
benign aetiology/ tiny hepatic cyst.
Single obstructing calculus measures 0.58 x 0.43cm seen in left mid ureter at L5 /S1 level resulting in
mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter.
Tiny calcified calculus measuring up to 2.0mm seen at upper pole calyx of left kidney.
On appropriate lung window settings, multifocal nodular infiltrates seen in the visualized superior segment
of right lower lobe suggestive of pulmonary infection. Needs clinical and lab correlation.
