Community medical question

This problem started with food poisoning and diarrhea i take imodium and flagyl to recover from that but later i got problem of indigestion in which everything i eat I dont feel comfortable and body is not relaxed

I am suffering from indigestion and bloating not feeling healthy no hungerness at all little bit constipation and firstly i have loosey stool but now no stool little but stomach ache

History of medical conditions:
It have been started from past two to three days
Previous history of current medical complaint:
No I never have this issue before
Current medication details:
I have used imodium flagyl and lagita advance syrup
