Patient question

When I was living in the hostel, I started having issues with my periods. They were not coming on time — sometimes they were delayed by one month and sometimes by one and a half months. Around two years ago, I got myself checked in Chakwal by Dr. Itrat for treatment. During the ultrasound, I was told that I had a minor cyst and there were chances of PCOS, but it was not proper PCOS.

After that, I became normal again. I did not regularly use the supplements she prescribed, but my periods became completely fine. However, for the last almost 6–7 months, the same issue has started again. There are gaps of 15 days, 20 days, one month, and sometimes two months between my periods. And whenever I get my periods, the bleeding is very heavy with a lot of clots, and the pain is also very severe. What should I do?
