(1). please give the date of u r last periods? any bleeding u have ? this test is positive but if u do usg u will not see any pregnany or gest sac at this level of b hcg u need to repeat it or do usg after 2 wks to check the pregnancy is ok folic acid.
(2). agreed with the respected colleague high possibility ofpregnancy go to hospital with some friend u can tell any issue eg u have severe abdominal pain to check and insist that u need to go to hospital for check up if u delay it could be serious issue.
(3). any bleeding or watery discharge from hole, iz it feel hard when u examine it?.
(4). there is no significant differnces for age and time of operation, u can operate it now or later on, usually as an office procedure.
