Vast clinical experience of both benign and malignant blood diseases like diagnosis, treatment and follow up including both short and long term. At present I am teaching as Professor of hematology in a high ranking medical College of Karachi I have the competency to deal with following: 1. Anemias ( low blood parameters e.g. low Hemoglobin or White blood cells / thalassemia / Aplastic anemias 2. Thalassemia like Beta and alpha thalassemia etc. 3. Hemoglobin disorders like sickle cell disease (SCD) and other different types of abnormal hemoglobin 4. Low platelet count or other diseases of platelets 5. Bleeding disorders like Hemophilia, Von Willebrand disease etc. 6. High hemoglobin, platelet counts or persistent high white blood cell counts 7. Blood cancers of various types e.g. Acute & Chronic Leukemias & Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) 8. Blood issues in various type of non blood related disease 9. Guidance / Referral to other appropriate specialty if needed or requested 10. Guidance for bone marrow transplantation (BMT) 11. Guidance for the interpretation of laboratory test results especially investigations related to blood diseases
