I am a Complex Spine and Spine Deformity Orthopedic Surgeon dedicated to providing exceptional care and treatment options for patients with Scoliosis, Kyphosis & complex spine problems including TB/infection, Tumors, Trauma and degenerative conditions (disc herniation, stenosis, spondylolisthesis . I have an MBBS from Aga Khan University and FCPS (Ortho) certification. I have also undergone specialized Spine Surgery Fellowships from renowned institutions in the United Kingdom and Turkey, with a focus on complex spine and spine deformity surgeries. I currently serve as an Assistant Professor at the prestigious Aga Khan University Hospital in Karachi and have been there since 2019. (1). Wt is more try to eat healthy fruit n fresh vegetable milk and avoid bakery carbs n junk burger pizza.. For anxiety do deep breathing meditation xercise yoga... N thankful behaviour can come yo clinic for counselling.
(2). Artemether is given for malaria for resistant cases take that for three days twice aday n got some blood test done mpict.. Or blood culture n urine culture cbc.. To rule out dengue.. N other cause.
(3). Use xynosine drops to open nose or rhinocleinal spray for 10days n use arenac tab once aday...avoid cold drink n take yakhni kahwa n steam.
(4). Take arenac twice aday and augmenting 375tid for 7days n gargle with mouth wash or aspirin like warm water twice.
