I have done my MBBS from Lumhs, Jamshoro in 2013. I did my House job from Civil Hospital Karachi. I had my FCPS pediatrici Medicine Training from LNH and Indus Hospital. Following training, I worked at SICHN Korangi5 Pediatric ICU as Registrat. Also worked in NICVD as Clinical Fellow Pediatric Medicine. (3). Use 2l water aday Fresh fibrous fruit like melon.. Pear.. Banana Vegetables Isphaul husk daily Sit in warm water without pants for ten minute daily Use xylocaine gel before stool U can use laxobrene syp to pass loose stool.
(4). Kids under 5 are usually vaccinated for tetanus but if not can be given tetanus toxoid inj. Cleaning of wound with antiseptic pyodine soap n water.. N polyfax applied with dressing.
