Dear patient Limited knee extension (knocking issue) can be due to muscle tightness or ligament imbalance or structural alignment of the knee It cannot be corrected immediately but improvement is possible I recommend for proper orthopedic examination secondly X-ray of both knees (standing view) and also structured physiotherapy focusing on quadriceps & hamstring strengthening and stretching If the limitation is structural/severe then surgical correction may sometimes be require Please consult an orthopedic specialist in person for full assessment Wishing you success in achieving your goal..
