Usk ilawa mutton khaen hari patti wali sabzyan len..doodh piyen... Helathy rehna hamri first priority hone chahye.... (3). Tab avsar plus band karke Tab avsar 5/ 80 one tablet daily karden. Bp ki daily monitoring Karen 5 days HbA1c , serum creatinine aur urine dr karwaen.
