(1). Nebulize with ipratropium atem inhaler three times aday Use trietz inhaler twice use cough syp n steam Kehwa N avoid cold drinks N other sour spicy food.
(2). U can use konaz. Shampoo u have to keep it for 5min then wash Use good hair mask like yogurt egg oil or trade market like lolane or argan or vince. Fir hair fall Use baby shampoo twice a week U can use selson yellow for dandruff but original or medicated antidandruff shampoo from pharmacy.
(3). U should go to emergency... Immediate icing.. Medicine to control pain like caflam Tight supported panty n lie with pillow beneath them elevated legs wide apart..
(4). Go for spirometry.. Whether u have asthmatic changes or not.. Xray.. N this breathlessness occurs at night? U can use reliever inhaler like salbutamol 2puffs.
