(1). Dear Fatima... Im glad to know u are doing well and taking ur medicines regularly... Please continue them exactly as advised by ur psychiatrist and never stop or reduce them on ur own as they will give withdrawl symptoms.. Understnd this that the duration of treatment is different for every patient...Some people can reduce medicines slowly under their doctors supervision, while others may need long-term treatment to prevent relapse...If you remain stable for a long time so it means ur treatment is working well which is very encouraging...These medicines dont stop you from getting married....Many people with bipolar disorder have healthy married lives and successful pregnancies... If you plan a pregnancy, discuss it with ur psychiatrist before trying to conceive so ur medicines can be adjusted safely if needed....Some medicines may have long-term side effects so regular follow-up visits and blood tests are important. Keep following up with ur psychiatrist, maintain good sleep, avoid stress as much as possible and take ur medicines regularly....Wishing you a healthy and bright future....Dont loose this battle...think this bipolar disorder as a common disease that needs treatment.....

(2). For discharge u can use tab canestin 1 vaginally once only, apply canestin cream on affected area for 1 wk. Tab flagyl 400mg 8 hrly for 1 wk .Tab piriton 1 at night in case of itching. Oral sex is not allowed in Islam .u can have STD..

(3). Do u have constipation??u can use lidocaine gel & GTN for 5 days. U can have headache & hypotension due to GTN cream . So take care of that.. eat diets having fibre like fruits ,vegetables,.

(4). Patient is having anxiety symptoms like poor concentration, reduced sleep, chronic headache. Detailed mental state evaluation is required. As there are no neurological signs, so CT/MRI brain is not required. But patient should get an opinion from ENT specialist..
