(3). Norvasc 10mg bd twice aday is better option n can take slowly reduce BP by reducing weight drinking more water avoiding oily food achar.. Nimko.. Pakora..burger..parathas.
(4). Take healthy drink like fresh juices n bubble n nicotine gum n patches... Bupropion or chantelle tab aday.
