Night sleep disturbances and coughing is due to this. Eat your dinner @ maghrib and not after 7:30 pm. And go to bed at 10 or 10:30 pm not later than this. This is how your last dinner meal will be digest and you dont feel breath issue. Follow up of your medical specialist is necessary. Please visit him or her. Bless you.
