Please get these tests done: • Pelvic ultrasound • CBC • Thyroid tests • FSH/LH For Now do take iron supplements in form of Tab Ibret forte or Cap fefolvit once daily If advised by a local doctor, you may use Tranexamic Acid ( Cap Transamine 500mg ) to reduce bleeding. If bleeding becomes heavy, with dizziness or large clots, please visit emergency..

(4). Hi dear..related to the age of patient most probably he had enlarged prostate or tube blockage..first we need to do ultrasound and also one study called as urethrograph from up and from down..then we will proceed accordingly..please share reports with me when it js ready.
