U must check ur complete blood count & blood urea & creatinine test & ultrasound pelvis then send m report.u can start tab primolute N 1+1+1 (8hrly) for 21 days then gap of 1 wk & then restart same pattern for 3 months . Tab ibert folic one daily 2 hrs after breakfast with water for one month. Tab CAC 1000 plus one tablet daily in evening for 1 month ..

Dear Mr. Waseem, I understand ur concern..Since ur 2-year old has had a cough for almost a year, he should be examined by a pediatrician/pediatric pulmonologist to identify the cause...His dust allergy and family history of asthma are important... Chwst xray shown is not perfectly clear sk can not comment on that...child needs proper examination from a peads pulmonologist...Please avoid continuing antibiotics after 5 to 7days...chances of drug resistance increases... I would recommend for now: 1 Complete examination by a pediatrician/pediatric pulmonologist including chest auscultation, growth and oxygen saturation... 2.Assess for nasal allergy/post-nasal drip, wheezing, exercise/night cough and environmental triggers like dust,perfumes,powder or pet animal at home or plants having pollen or flowers...3.Consider TB exposure/history and other causes depending on symptoms and local risk...4.At age 2, routine spirometry is generally difficult, so the diagnosis of asthma is mainly clinical means after examination of child...5.Avoid smoke, dust, incense, perfumes and other airway irritants...6.Dont continue or repeat antibiotics (such as clarithromycin) without a doctors assessment as treatment depends on the underlying cause...7.give him honey diluted in warm water and offer soups once a day...8.if u can then buy nebulizer and nebulize three times a day with ventolin and atrovent 0.5cc alternatively plus 2cc normal saline... If he develops breathing difficulty, fast breathing, bluish lips, poor feeding or high fever, seek urgent care....
