I am Dr. Muhammad Attaullah Khan, having a fellowship in General Surgery with a super-specialty Fellowship in Surgical Oncology from Shaukat Khanum Hospital Lahore. (2). Hi. Please attend a lab for gonorrhea and chlymedia swabs. Avoid intercourse till diagnosis and treatment is complete. Use condoms if sexual activity. Infection swabs for sexual partners also recommended. Send me results of the swabs then I will suggest treatment..
(3). Hi .. You need a few basic investigations to find why you are tired. Hb. Tfts Urine dip HbA1c. Then we can discuss further..
(4). Please do regular physiotherapy and try to use your foot Repeat mri after 1 year Only time will tell how much recovery you can get in the foot.
