I am graduate from DIMC in the year 2013. I did my training and specialisation in ophthalmology (Eye ) from JPMC in the year 2019. Currently am doing my private practice in hashmani hospital. (1). It would be better to get a consultation from neurologist, so that a proper assessment can be done if you have epilepsy or some other issue. And what is the nature of your fits. if it is epilepsy then you be advised to take the medicine regularly..
(2). You have mild Gum disease which is causing bleeding from gums. No need to worry. you just need to get professional cleaning of your teeth. after the cleaning maintain good oral hygiene..
(3). ap ko masuron ka masla hai. ap kai danton ki safai honay wali hai. is kai bad khud achi safai rakhna danton ki ta ke dobara msla na ho.
(4). 1)Tab.Macrobac 500mg 1 tablet daily ------------------ 12 days. 2)Tab.Arynoin 20mg 1 tablet morning and 1 tablet evening ------ 2 months.
