I am graduate from DIMC in the year 2013. I did my training and specialisation in ophthalmology (Eye ) from JPMC in the year 2019. Currently am doing my private practice in hashmani hospital. I am also available for online medical consultation due to the pandemic of Covid 19 and also for those who want advise or consultation sitting at home.

(1). Use neutrogena acne clear face wash once Bervoxyl cream for acne in day 1retinol only at night Clinagel can be used.
(2). Get ur Hba1c check n urine Dr... Secondly dont take tea coffee cold drinks.... Drink 1-2l water daily.. N for urine leaking avoid intentionally going to washroom at first attempt n when go try to stop stream in between this will do as xercise for ur bladder control.. Search for keigel xercise. N do it use cranmax sachet n Monural3gsachet once.
(3). This is constipation take 1_2l water daily fresh fruit n veggies daily avoid bakery n biscuits and tea usesyp caflam for clear stool once tablespoon.. And use milk n dairy products.
