(1). Vomiting for three months ( continuesly ) in some pregnant females are normal. Try to use : 1- nimkol water freshly prepared every day 2- tablet Diclegis ( Doxylamine/pyridoxine) two times only morning and nights untill nausia or vomit settled down. 3- must visit your doctor as early as possible.
(2). It seems you are having mineral and multivitamins deficiencies. You must start a good multivitamin which shows all vitamine name list along with copper, zinc, magnesium, and folic acid. Remember you have to use any good multivitamin which contain these minerals for at least 6 months. Daily one tablet for 6 months. Do not stop in fever, or any illness. Continue taking it. Besides for patches on head you may use Steoprox solution Any good pharmacy will provide it or its alternate. Bless you.
(3). I feel sorry for your terrible experience of your fathers illness. Please visit Lahore or Islamabad private hospital ( if convenient). It seem like your father must had something left inside it could be a duet or washing fluid which was not removed and not dried and is invisible for normal USG abdomen. They must be examined by expert radiologist and surgeon. Secondly mostly continues use of drug can cause fever and pain. Stop self medicating or GP treatment. Visit expert reassessment of surgery . Bless you.
(4). Please do visit an expert experienced ENT surgeon. This swelling might be benign lymphoma ( not cancer but tumor). Your ENT surgeon may remove it. Consider two different ENT surgeon opinion without telling them that you have other ENT checkup..
