(2). Its one of the commonest symptom in ramadan.. Ie pain in legs mostly after iftaar. It could be secondary to vast physiological changes that occur in our body after getting done with iftaar. Since its the lastbweek and ramadan will over soon insh ALLAH. you dont need any work up for the pains. You can take tab panadol.

(3). Dear needs more history and probably examination so kindly contact online or book appointment.

(4). Use mask when doing house work like kitchen or cleaning. Use norsaline nasal drops 4-5 drops 4 times a day. tab softin 10 mg at night for 1 week.
