(3). Hello Mr Tariq! You need to see a doctor. He will do local examination including DRE. At the moment use; Ispaghul husk 2TSF in a glass of water two times daily Tab Laxoberan 1 tab two times daily GTN forte cream, apply locally Posterison forte cream, apply locally.
