(1). The medicine required for termination of pregnancy is called mefeperistone not available in Pakistan. People try misoprostol 800microgram as well although not a recommended drug. Try it. And let me know.
(2). You need a high vaginal swab. A lab will give you a swab. Open it rub it inside vagina and send it to the lab . Its more likely fungal infection. Tell me about the results I will prescribe medication.
(3). Gynacosid is not recommended drug for termination of pregnancy. If you are still pregnant you can go for surgical termination of pregnancy.
(4). By your history I presume that you are not married and not planning pregnancy soon. In that case you can use tab Norethisterone 5 mg three times a day for 3 weeks. Then one week break during which you will have periods. Alternatively you can use oral contraceptive pills although a taboo to be used in unmarried females in Pakistan but as it prevents ovulation it reduces menstrual pain approximately 80 percent.
