(1). As diabetes effects three main systems 1.eyes 2.nerves 3.kidneys so you should start Gabix 300mg once daily and one tab methecobal for three months so symptoms will minimise and also check for your eye sight…plus give us your fasting blood sugar and hbaic so that I can manage accordingly.
(2). need to get ultrasound abdomen please come to my clinic facility of ultrasound is also available.
(3). please check you CBC,urine R/E, calcium and vit D levels so that we can further evaluate.
(4). share details of CBC,bilirubin,hbs/hcv,SGPT,and alkaline phophatase please.
