Introduction
Otolaryngologist and currently working as Consultant in Patel Hospital from Jan 2019 and Consultant ENT at Qureshi ENT Medical since January 2018 till date.I have cleared Pakistani board exam FCPS that qualifies me as an otolarynologist in March 2017. Previously worked as Senior Registrar at Patel Hospital and 5.5years of Experience as trainee (1 Year as Chief resident ENT,4 years as an ENT Resident and 6 months a ENT medical officer.)at Aga Khan University Hospital which is the Best leading Hospital in Pakistan and it was JCIA accreditedand also is level 1 trauma center in Pakistan.During my residency I worked as an observor fellow Fisch International Microsurgery Foundation Beijing Division for 2 months in lateral skull base surgery and microear surgery. I have experience in managing wide varriety of ENT issues in outpatient,inpatient,emergency as well as surgical management of ENT issues.

(2). Apko general surgeon k pas jana chahiy ta k wo tumhara per rectal examination kary us sy confirm hoga k apko piles ha ya nai aur constipation ko avoid krny k liy Syp. Duphalac 2. + 2. + 2 tsf Aur vegetables khanay ma ziada istemal kary aur sath ma pani b ziada piya kary.
(3). Take ponstan forte 1000mg twice aday.. If bleeding takes more than a week.. Transaminase tab.
(4). Avoid watching pron videos.. Stay with pious people n wuuzu n offer 5time prayer.
