(2). Bilateral stones clearance, but ist Do an Ultrsound kub for Hydronephrosis and Rfts for kidney function s ,if you have done CT SCAN of Kidney ureter and bladder share the report to see the HDU of stone,then wll plan accordingly.

(3). In more than 90 of the cases the cause for tinnitus is unknown. This is fortunate that u don’t have hearing loss. Ur hearing test is normal . The morning important thing in tinnitus is to adjust urself to this condition. U need to take neurotonics ( the medicines which gives power to neurons) at least for 1 month Like Tab. Methycobal 500mg 2times for 1 month Tab. Ginbex 2 times for 1 month Tab. Serc 24mg 2times for 1 month Note: don’t take any of these medicines if u have allergy to these medicines or having pregnancy.

(4). If u cleaned ur ears but still u have feeling of ear blockage and u also have allergic rhinitis . So it’s most probably acute eustachian tube salpingitis/dysfunction. Uncontrolled allergic rhinitis may be the cause . Try to control allergic rhinitis Hivate nasal spray 1puff in each nostrils 2 times for 1month Tab. Rigix 10mg once before sleep. For 14 days Valsalva manoeuvre for opening of Eustachian tube.
