Dr Waqas Rasheed is a consultant Chest Physician, graduated from Dow Medical College and completed Fellowship from College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan, he has been serving community at several known hospitals of the city.He is skilled in knowledge, practices and procedures connected with Pulmonology including Tube Thoracostomy, pleural biopsy, Bronchoscopy with endobronchial and transbronchial biopsies, performing Spirometry (Pulmonary Function Test) and ultrasound chest with guided pleural aspirations. Presently working as Full Time CONSULTANT PULMONOLOGIST , at BAHRIA TOWN INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL, he is also a designated examiner for different university level teaching programs of reknowned Universities including FCPS from College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan (CPSP) and MD from Dow University of Health Sciences.

(1). U should do quantitative bhcg and do scan accordingly if its more than 3500doctor should see baby sac.
(2). Syp Fibo 5ml+5ml daily for 1 month Syp Lacasil 10ml+10ml+10ml as needed Patient is also required to get the following tests and inform me in next appointment FBC, Serum TSH, Ultrasound Abdomen Patient is needed to get toilet training, if not already trained . (3). Syp Abacus 100mg/5ml 3ml+3ml for 7 days Syp Hydralin DM 5ml+5ml+5ml for 5 days. Syp Unifyllin 100mg/5ml. 5ml three times a day ...8 hourly. Syp Panadol 5ml 6 hourly for 5 days . Incase there is no improvement, then the following investigations will be needed CXR , FBC, CRP.
(4). Intraocular lens can be implanted in eyes after the age of 2 years. Meanwhile the patient should wear glasses (aphakic correction) all the time to prevent it from becoming a lazy eye..
