(2). use silicon gel pads in closed shoes for heels. take tab. synflex 550mg abd apply brufen gel. try to reduce weight this will help u and give relief from pain.

In Pakistan the true answer is painful but I dont want to give you false hopes. You will not be able to father a baby according to the information you provided.
