Some Recent Responses of Doctors to Patients' Queries

(1). The medicine required for termination of pregnancy is called mefeperistone not available in Pakistan. People try misoprostol 800microgram as well although not a recommended drug. Try it. And let me know.

(2). You need a high vaginal swab. A lab will give you a swab. Open it rub it inside vagina and send it to the lab . Its more likely fungal infection. Tell me about the results I will prescribe medication.

(3). Gynacosid is not recommended drug for termination of pregnancy. If you are still pregnant you can go for surgical termination of pregnancy.

(4). By your history I presume that you are not married and not planning pregnancy soon. In that case you can use tab Norethisterone 5 mg three times a day for 3 weeks. Then one week break during which you will have periods. Alternatively you can use oral contraceptive pills although a taboo to be used in unmarried females in Pakistan but as it prevents ovulation it reduces menstrual pain approximately 80 percent. Let me know when you use them and how much relief you felt. @shafiqobg.
